I’m just getting a new address. ✨
Four years.

One studio that somehow survived me.
Funny enough, Black Dahlia was born because the world shut down. When COVID hit, my wedding business came to a screeching halt. Overnight, I had to figure out how to keep doing what I loved in a world that had completely changed.
So I took a chance.
I offered $200 bo***ir sessions.
Twenty-two people booked in one month.
That’s when I knew...
I was onto something.
What started as one tiny studio downtown grew into another suite... then another... until I found myself dreaming of one space where everything could finally live under one roof.
That dream became this studio.
For the last four years, these walls have held so much more than photos. They’ve held courage, healing, belly laughs, happy tears, and moments where someone looked at themselves and whispered, “I can’t believe that’s me.”
Now it’s time for a new home.
The studio you’ve come to know is closing its doors, but Black Dahlia Bo***ir is simply moving into its next chapter. Our new studio is currently under construction, so bookings are temporarily on pause while we finish creating something really special.
To every single person who has trusted me with your story... thank you. Thank you for believing in this COVID dream and helping it grow into something I never could have imagined.
