Greg Winston Photography

Greg Winston Photography Photography is my way to convey my passion for the natural world through images that evoke an emotion, and tell a story.

My goal is to help bring knowledge and understanding of the earth and it’s natural history with images that come from a sense of wonder of nature and our living planet. I hope that my work will remind us of the value of wilderness, solitude, and culture with hopes of connection and conservation. For over 25 years my images have been used in National Parks, Wildlife Refuges, and published in numero

us magazines including Defenders of Wildlife, National Parks Magazine, Wyoming Wildlife, Birders World, Alpinist, Teton Magazine, Mountain Country adventure guide, Mountain Country Skier, American Cowboy, Western Horseman, and Persimmon Hill. Also used in calendars, books, ad campaigns, and sold as prints. Nonprofit Organizations image support: The Craighead Institute, Panthera, Craighead Beringia South, Grand Teton Association, Grand Teton National Park Foundation, The Cougar Fund, Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance. I’ve worked on award winning films for the BBC, PBS, National Geographic, and NHK-Japan, and produced my own film “Acceptable Risk” the story of the Jenny Lake Rangers which aired on PBS, see link below. Currently my cinematography work is also done with the latest in DSLR HD technology for documentary and commercial work.
