This place was so cool!! I’ve never been to anything like it. It used to be a ski jump and has been used in the Olympics back in its heyday. There is an elevator that takes you 18 stories up and then you can venture if you dare another 8 stories of steps to a spectacular 360° view! It was so windy the day we went we were not adventurous enough.

The coolest part is.. they have received a $20M grant to renovate the jump and turn it into a world-class year-round ski jumping destination!! How cool is that?! There is more about it on their website at copperpeak.net!!

Taken with an iPhone 13 Pro Max on night mode with a 10 second exposure. Located just right of Venus and around 2 hours after sunset. Edited to bring the comet out.
