Also- Tom and I decided to watch football on Sunday instead of hang X-mas lights... today was the day we decided to do it.... that ... was a mistake!!! 🥶🎄

This sweet family contacted me and was hoping to capture their baby girl who was almost 6 weeks old. Historically I've always said newborn sessions are best done under 3 weeks of age... but with a mix of lifestyle and props we can still get those beautiful tiny sleepy photos! Don't hesitate to reach out - because I love a sweet new baby photoshoot and I also love when your "house panther" really wants in on the session too! 😺🥰🍂

They say "soak it up because it goes too fast". And for a while, when I was in survival mode with my 3 oldest (I had 3 under 2 for 4 decades... well it was 7 months but I digress) I would wince when someone told me this.

Today - I can't lift them like this anymore. I have photos like this of it... but that's all that's left from this time period. While I'm ok with it... it also breaks my heart... just a little and I'm glad for my photos.

It goes fast. It really truly does.

I am constantly reminded of how grateful I am for all of my clients...I don't have the right words to describe my gratit...

I am constantly reminded of how grateful I am for all of my clients...I don't have the right words to describe my gratitude... truly... Your kind words, your support, your repeat business, it fills up my heart and it helps my family in ways I can't even begin to explain.

I have so many beautiful sessions to share from this year and as the active photo season starts to slow down, I will be catching up on these posts! This adorable family and the beautiful color and light we had are today's highlight!
