After days of rain, the birds weren't the only ones happy to see the sunshine this morning! ☀️ I was pretty excited myself!

The terns were busy hunting, riding the ocean breeze, and hanging out with their feathered friends. A beautiful morning to be back on the beach! 🌊🐦

🎃 A little spooky, a little sweet, and a whole lot of Halloween fun!

From creepy crawlies and mysterious moonlit skies to black cats and childhood costumes, Halloween has always been a fun time of year.

These days, I capture Mother Nature's spooky side through my lens. But looking back at some of our old Halloween photos reminds me just how much fun we had dressing up and making memories.

Funny how the years fly by, but the photographs bring those moments right back! 🧡

A Day of Caring. A Community Making a Difference. 💙

Sometimes the most meaningful moments to capture are the ones where people come together to make a difference.

I had the pleasure of volunteering my photography services for the United Way's annual Day of Caring, visiting three incredible community projects!

🌿 United Against Poverty – Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to beautify the building's landscaping.

📚 Healthy Start Coalition – Helping hands sorted diapers, organized children's books, and assembled holiday gift bags for local families.

🐢 Coastal Connections – Volunteers untangled discarded fishing line and removed hooks and lures, helping protect our marine wildlife.

Three very different projects, all connected by one common purpose: giving back to our community.

I'm grateful to have been part of the day, capturing the people and moments that remind us what makes our community so special.

I love spending mornings at New Smyrna Beach. There’s always such a wonderful variety of birds to watch and photograph!

These terns were patiently waiting for just the right moment to grab breakfast. And, of course, there’s always one in the crowd who needs to steal the spotlight!

What an EPIC launch this morning! 🚀

Clear skies, a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket soaring into the morning sky, and the most dramatic “jellyfish cloud” I've ever seen! What an incredible sight!
