Costa Rica, part 9, the last one. If you went through all the postings of Costa Rica you have seen 175 different birds. I counted the male and female of the same species because they are so different in their color and markings. To me, they were different birds when I was photographing them. Thank you for looking at my Costa Rica adventure.

Costa Rica, part 2. We went to many different locations. The photos I post may be the same birds or different birds. Some photos are of birds I only have one picture and it may not be the best quality but I want to keep it so I have documentation that I actually saw it. Some repeats are because I like the photo, even though I have multiples pictures of the same bird. All photos will be identified.

Mark and I went to Costa Rica for a 12 day bird photography tour. Many people go there to check off their bird list, but we had a guide who is both a birder and a professional photographer. To me, a photograph of the bird is more memorable than a check mark on a bird list. I am a photographer first and then I identify the bird later. Click on the photos if you want the name of each bird. Obviously, there will be multiple postings because of the volume of pictures.
