Getting ready for your wedding day in your childhood home feels personal, organic and beautiful. Haylee wore her Grandmothers necklace and had the most stunning old Hollywood glam look for her special day. Everyone in the room could feel all of the sentimental emotions and love pouring out.

Can you spot the dolphins? My last two beach engagement sessions have included dolphins and what could be better?!

Fun fact: I didn’t edit the sky in these photos, but notice how the sky is a different color in each image? This is what happens when “golden hour” transitions to “blue hour” just after sunset. The sky keeps changing which offer the most beautiful pink glow in Santa Barbara. Gosh we’re so lucky to live here!!

Santa Barbara meets bridal meets rooftop. It truly was the PERFECT SoCal day for K + S’s wedding. Doesn’t Santa Barbara look like a magical place?! I was chatting with some out of state guests at the wedding and they said that California just feels like this fake fairytale and how lucky we are to live and work here. I couldn’t agree more.

10! A whole decade of marriage! Wow, that went fast 🥰

My Husband surprised me with the most romantic date to celebrate 10 years of marriage. He blindfolded me and surprised me with a photoshoot, dinner and dancing at our wedding venue. He brought special items from our wedding, we watched our wedding video and cried lots of happy tears. 10 years later and somehow more deeply in love. Thank you for the best anniversary Honey 💙 I still feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be by your side.

Thank you Sugar Lab Cake Studio for recreating our wedding cake in cupcake form Thank you Gerry Ranch | Ventura County Wedding Venue for having us back to your beautiful venue. Thank you Max Tepper for our anniversary photos and thank you Lucas Rossi for our wedding photos.

We had such a wonderful time reminiscing because our wedding day truly was one of our favorite days. My advice is have the wedding, invite the people and spend the money. It’s a day we look back on and wish we could go back and relive every year. ❤️

One thing I know for sure is that engagement photos should always be fun! It’s my goal to make you giggle, flirt and have a blast the entire time. Engagement photos truly are the photo rehearsal before the wedding day to get you two completely comfortable in front of the camera together. Where would you want your engagement photos taken? 🤍
