A Vision Towards Survival
Amongst all my inventory there is one property in Malibu that is extremely vulnerable to wildfire. For several years I have worked on this real estate. We have accomplished many goals. Beautician, function, and because of the nature of the Santa Monica Mountains my efforts have also included erosion control.
Outside the box erosion control, effective implementations that the world has never seen before. I don’t gravitate towards my own celebrity, but I must say that my erosion control work is not only unique, it is outstanding, and time has proven me correct.

However, first and foremost, thanks to the vision of my client, my guidance and my expertise, the forefront of our efforts have been fire suppression.
It is not a question of if, rather a question of when. A previous house on this property burned down during a previous wildfire.
We have implemented the Los Angeles County fuel modification guidelines. We have studied and crafted our planting schemes. We installed Volcan Vents. We have gone above and beyond in reducing the fuel mass on this property.
During this recent Palisades fire my client had to evacuate. When he returned, his surrounding neighbors’ homes were burned to the ground. My client’s home was the only one standing intact.
I’m grateful because if the fire started immediately at his property, late in the night while he slept, I’m confident he would have survived.
These issues have a tremendous impact on whether firefighters will fight to save your home.
We watch it on the news, some homes make it, others don’t. Often the reporters are mystified as to why. There are no guarantees, but you can absolutely increase your odds. Ask me how.
