I am finally on Yelp! Of course, you have to actually type in the name of my business (Portraits by GeriAnn) for it to come up. Anyone know how to make it appear just by typing Portrait Photography in Venice? (I'll bet it costs money to do that!)

I haven't posted in a while (as daily messages from Facebook keep reminding me!!) I finished last class for the semester last night, and am in the process of putting the final finishing touches to my studio. Right now I have a black backdrop because I love creating dramatic portraits. But I'm also creating a white backdrop for those that prefer a white background. Plus, if all goes well, it will allow me to create a nice noir background projecting "cookies" (not the edible kind; it's short for cucoloris.) I'm also busy copyrighting every photo I've ever posted on social media or my website (Yes, I learned a lot in my Business class!!) So, I'll get back to Facebook eventually.
