Another legend has left us...
The Saxophone Colossus himself!
Mr. Sonny Rollins
Never content to rest on his laurels, he continued to push his sound and jazz itself with each new release and concert.
The void left in his absence will echo for years to come.

Ruth Slenczynska, a concert pianist, who made her debut at 6 years old. She would tour with a specially made Baldwin piano that had the legs cut down so she could reach the pedals.
