I want you to love my work. The thing about art and photography, is that everyone has a style. You get to choose the person who best suits your style.

I have had this conversation with many friends...Yes, I am extremely sad to see you go (for now), but the more important thing is, that you are getting the photos you want/love now.

I’ve decided to post “Real Talk” posts on here.

Obviously I am not the best at posting client’s photos.
I LOVE my clients, SO much.
But, I do lack posting sessions, I simply don’t do it (unless you ask!)

Not because I don’t love you, not because I don’t love your photos-in actuality, I love way more than I can edit 🤷‍♀️
..I still won’t post them, I’ll give them to you, and YOU can post what you’d like.

I seriously cannot handle how freaking awesome my nephew is. He pitched the whole game (minus 1 batter bc of pitch count), 11 strikeouts, hit a grand slam...now they’re on to state! Awesome game, so proud ☺️

We’re on the brink of spring, anyone else as excited as me? I planted *most* of my garden, only a few things left to go. Spring always feels like the perfect time for a new beginnings - out with the old, in with the new. What do you do to welcome the start of spring?

Our individual uniqueness is what makes us interesting and special. Just like a rose is beautiful, so is a lily and a sunflower - all different, yet all beautiful.

I love taking photos at these rallies. The atmosphere is friendly and there is a huge sense of togetherness.

I had a conversation with a man yesterday about the , and his questions were so insightful. I’m sure he’s like a lot of men who don’t seek out answers for why these rallies are taking place. To him, (which he admitted wasn’t fair), it seemed like the women’s march was a bunch of crazy ladies complaining. I get it. But like I explained to him, it’s women getting together to have a conversation and get people voting. It’s talking about different candidates and voting in people who support us. It’s an outlet for men & women who’ve suffered sexual harassment or abuse. It’s the blatant racism and sexism felt from the government. It getting the people who turn a blind eye to all of that out of office. The Congress lifers need to go, they only have their best interest in mind. And it’s standing up to have a voice, because if you don’t, nothing will ever change. By ourselves we’re just one voice, but as a group we have a chance of being heard.
