Sometimes God places you exactly where youā€™re supposed to be, long before you understand why. šŸ¤

Months ago, I was at one of my locations waiting for my next clients when I noticed this sweet young couple. I had just happened to have a cancellation, which left me with about 20 minutes to spare. On a whim, I asked if theyā€™d let me take a few photos of themā€”completely freeā€”and promised Iā€™d send them the gallery.

At the time, I thought it was simply a chance encounter and an opportunity to bless someone with a few photographs.

Fast forward several months, and I received a message from mom telling me that same couple had decided to get marriedā€¦and they wanted me to photograph their wedding. šŸ„¹

But the part that really got me?

This weekend, while photographing their wedding, I found out they werenā€™t even from this area.

Of all the places they could have been that dayā€¦
Of all the times they could have been thereā€¦
I happened to have a cancellation.
I happened to have 20 minutes.
And our paths just happened to cross.

Except maybe it wasnā€™t ā€œjust happened.ā€

I truly believe God has a beautiful way of placing people in our path at exactly the right moment. What felt like such a small, spontaneous gesture months ago came completely full circle when I got to stand behind my camera and capture one of the biggest days of their lives.

From two strangers I met by chance, to watching them become husband and wife. šŸ„¹

What an incredible reminder that sometimes the smallest moments are part of a much bigger story we canā€™t see yet.

Thank you for trusting me with your memories thenā€”and for trusting me with your wedding day now. It was truly such an honor.

Godā€™s timing is pretty amazing.
