We are getting so close to Mother’s Day! Kevin asked me what I wanted to do and I honestly have no idea. I definitely don’t want breakfast in bed because in the past years all I hear is kids fighting over who makes what and there are always tears involved 😅. It’s also stressful for Kevin dealing with it all so I told him let’s go to brunch this year instead 😂. What do you like/want to do for Mother’s Day? Any traditions? I need inspiration 😅

🌸 I’m a mom to three amazing girls and they are my biggest inspiration.
📸 I love capturing real, unposed moments that feel like you.

Let’s talk about outfits! Coordinating outfits doesn’t have to be stressful. You can stick to a color palette that feels natural and works well together without being too matchy. Soft pastels, earthy tones, and neutrals (like cream, sage, dusty blue, and blush) always photograph beautifully in that soft spring light. 🌿

A few quick tips:
✨ Start with mom’s outfit and build from there. Mom feeling confident is always most important to me!
✨ Mix up textures like linen, cotton, and knits give that cozy, natural vibe.
✨ Skip loud patterns or big logos so the focus stays on your family.
✨ Barefoot or neutral shoes? Either works and looks effortless!
But honestly, don’t overthink it. The goal isn’t to look perfect, it’s to capture those sweet, real moments that make your family you. ❤️
