It is coming up on a year now that my very dear friend and hero Bill Tippens passed away. Pop Tippens a WWII veteran and POW was a part of America’s greatest generation. As I watch today’s millennials try to tear down and destroy what men like Pop fought and some died for all I can to do is smile knowing these Snowflakes don’t have half the guts of Pop Tippens and will never be able to destroy that which men like him built.

What a pleasure sharing our visit to the Marine Corp museum yesterday with this true American hero. Today Maggie and I are going to Arlington cemetery for the funeral and internment of another hero from America’s Greatest Generation. Our very dear friend Bill “Pop” Tippens. A 71-year-old man recalled how things went down as he became the victim of an alleged carjacking. He was picking his Honda up from Auto Tender repair shop on Monday afternoon when it went down, he said.
