Behind the scenes, things are shifting into high gear! 📸🍎

With the new school year officially kicking off, my weekday routine looks a little different. While social media posts might take a backseat over the next few months, please know the camera isn’t going anywhere! My priority is—and always will be—delivering an exceptional experience and quick turnaround times for my booked clients.

That being said, fall calendar slots are filling up fast! Between weddings, autumn sessions, personal travel and the holiday rush (which always arrives faster than we expect), remaining weekend availability is limited. If you’ve been thinking about booking a fall portrait or family session, now is the time to get on the schedule before things fill up completely.

Vikings, homecoming season is right around the corner, and picture slots are opening soon!

⏰ BOOKING LAUNCH: Thursday, July 30th @ 11:00 AM
📍 LOCATION: Lakeside Grove (Hahira, GA)
🌧️ RAIN OR SHINE: Thanks to Lakeside Grove's incredible grounds and covered spaces, your shoot is 100% weather-proof!

Everything is fully streamlined this year—you can pick your time slot, fill out the info form, sign the contract, and pay all in one single link.

How Booking Works (15-Minute Slots):

💑 Couples: Book 1 time slot
👯‍♂️ Small Groups (< 4 couples): Book 2 back-to-back time slots
🕺 Large Groups (4+ couples): Book 3 back-to-back time slots

💬 Have a mega group? If you have a huge group (for example, 8+ couples), 3 slots won't be enough time to get all the shots you'll want! If you're unsure how many slots your group needs, shoot me a quick message before Thursday so we can figure out what works best.

Proof that a little afternoon rain can't touch a perfect wedding day! Had an absolute blast second shooting this wedding and the energy was unmatched from start to finish. The bridal party did not miss a beat the whole day as they helped keep the energy alive, start to finish. Will your photographer stand in the rain for your wedding? 🌧️📸 Because for Noel and Lawton, we did exactly that and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

The Folsoms’ day gave us a bit of everything, from blazing sunshine to a sudden torrential downpour right during family portrait time, followed by a steady light rain through the ceremony. But honestly, you would never know it from the pure joy on their faces. The entire bridal party was incredibly helpful, there was zero drama, and that classic black and white color palette looked absolutely timeless. 🖤✨

Counting down the hours until Noel and Lawton say “I do.”

We had the rain coming down on us the entire time during our session, but these two didn't let it dampen their spirits for a second. We leaned right into it, did what we could, and honestly? The rain just made everything feel that much more magical and romantic. I'm so ready to be there capturing every moment of their big day tomorrow!

One of my favorite parts of working with couples is that a complimentary engagement session is always included when you book your wedding with me. It’s the perfect, relaxed way to get comfortable in front of the camera (even in a downpour!) before the wedding day begins. 📸
