Dear Pass,
If you had balls, I would kick you in them. I currently have 1,559 galleries (277,496 images) stored dating back to 2020 and now I have to choose to either transfer to their partnering service or transfer manually to a new one. I’m doing research over the next few days and once I make a decision, I’ll make an announcement. Thankfully they helped me sort out why it was wanting to charge me $3000 to transfer instead of for free as promised.
If you’re a client of mine, please please please take the time to download your images. I cannot guarantee something won’t go wrong in this transfer. I’ll be offering a 50% discount on any past delivered gallery unlocks if you’d like to unlock them through October 31st. This will be good for all galleries that were delivered prior to September 1st.
If you’re currently waiting on a finished gallery, please give me some grace this week while I research and find a new delivery service that I love (maybe they’ll actually send out emails for once…iykyk). I do not plan to upload or deliver from pass for any future galleries. Turn-around times for sessions from the last two weeks may need an additional two weeks. Turn-around times for sessions beginning tomorrow will be extended to three weeks until I’m able to research and establish a new delivery website or make sure that the transfer was successful.
You’re still welcome to purchase individual photos but PLEASE message me and I can take care of that manually outside of their store front. If I transfer to their partnering platform, your gallery links should redirect you to it and you’ll be able to continue to download. Again, I’ll make sure this is announced so everyone knows what to expect.
Please forgive me if I’m a frazzled hot mess until I get this sorted.
