Today is National Creativity Day! I have always wanted to be able to master Calligraphy and I just need some more practice. There is definitely an art to writing this way and then finding different items to write on like this acrylic piece. They make it look so easy, but it really is hard to do. I can’t believe the last weekend of May is here in a few days. How can it almost be the first of June?! Goodness time is going by way too fast. I am booked solid for June and July and can’t fit one more thing in. Definitely a blessing, but lots of details to plan for the next two months! Engagement sessions, weddings, vacation, holidays and my youngest has her first birthday in July! Lots of details to plan but I know it will all turn out beautifully just like Lanie’s details from her wedding in this photo. They all came from different places but was stunning to piece together and photograph. Details matter to me. Do details matter to you?!

Let’s be real… Sometimes, I wonder how I manage to juggle being a business owner, a wife, a mom to two little girls, keeping the house clean and doing all the fun activities with my family. Just like flowers require sunlight and water, dreams take some TLC, too! I may not have a green thumb, I tend to overwater all living plants, but I do know what it takes to keep my dreams alive! Hard work, believing in yourself, and, of course, traits needed to pursue dreams like perseverance and a can-do attitude, is all it takes to achieve even the wildest dreams! And of course not thinking or caring what other people think. ​​​​​​​​
