There are many things about documenting race weekends that I enjoy. One of those is seeing some of the local culture and environment. For instance, the little bike on the back of the entrance gate to Whistling Springs welcomes racers on to the property. People of all ages greet racers in random places on course. And also to see small town America hosting aid stops. All of these plus many more are what makes me love what I do.

I believe these guys "Have legs" - To have endurance; to have prospects to exist or go on for a long time. It's time for those legs to get a well deserved rest.

It's been fun watching these guys and so many others throwing it down race after race this season. Until next year. Enjoy the off season.

Women's cycling is here and it's exciting. The last stop on the inaugural was in NWS Arkansas at . The leaderboard was very tight so all the gals brought their "A" game. sent it early which meant all the other ladies were chasing. Eventually took over the lead and the win on the day. rode a tactical race to end up on the top step for the overall series.

The last race is this weekend at Big Sugar. Both the men's and women's fields are very tight. Who will be at the pointy...

The last race is this weekend at Big Sugar. Both the men's and women's fields are very tight. Who will be at the pointy end? Who will bring home the big checks? All I know is it will be exciting and everyone will leave it out on the course. It's going to be a great race weekend in Bentonville.
