Learning flash has been a lot of trial and error, and it is changing my editing workflow quite a bit, but I am getting the hang of it!

So I figured out that a soft box is not for me, even the largest soft box that I can possibly use in my space is too directional, so I am practicing bouncing flash! Next is going to be shoot through umbrellas. Yes, I have tried modifiers!

Swipe to the end to see the same kids 9 years ago. Kinda (really freakin) cool to see the same baby faces in their big kid forms. They’ve shown up in front of my camera every year since to capture a moment in time with their family, but they’ve given me the gift of being able to look at their growth with mine over almost a decade. And that’s exactly what I needed going into the busiest month of the entire year. I appreciate you Laura Clark! Thanks for bringing me happy kids and fun outfits for all these years ❤️
