There is something so incredibly special about getting to document a love story from the very beginning, and these two have been such a joy!

We had the most beautiful fall evening on the beach, with the wind blowing, waves rolling in, so much laughter, and all the love! The wind definitely had a mind of its own, but honestly, it made these photos that much more magical! 🍂🌊

I have had the incredible privilege of photographing this beautiful family for so many years, and watching these three amazing boys grow right before my lens has been such a gift.

But what makes this family so special goes far beyond the photographs.

Their mama is truly one of the strongest, most loving, patient, and incredible women I know. The love she pours into her boys, the strength she carries, and the beautiful family she and her husband have built are things I admire more than words can express.

Year after year, I get to witness their growth, their personalities, their laughter, and the love that holds them all together. And every single time, I walk away with a heart a little fuller. 🥹

These photos are so much more than a beautiful fall session. They are another chapter in a journey I feel incredibly blessed to have been part of for so many years.

I absolutely adore this family, and I couldn’t love how these images turned out any more than I do!

I had the best evening photographing James + Amber’s engagement session last night on their beautiful property, and goodness… the golden light, the open fields, the tractor, and these two made for the PERFECT combination. ✨

There’s just something extra special about capturing love in a place that already holds so many memories. 🤍

I had the sweetest evening photographing these two on her family’s land, and their love made my job way too easy. So humble, so genuine, and SO much fun together. From the laughs to the little in-between moments, you can just feel how comfortable and happy they are with one another.

A little transparency from behind the camera. 🤍

For 15 years, I have poured so much of myself into this business. Photography—especially wedding photography—is so much more than showing up with a camera and taking beautiful photos.

Behind every wedding are hours of emails, timelines, questionnaires, planning, traveling, backing up thousands of images, editing, uploading galleries, ordering products, answering messages, coordinating with vendors, maintaining equipment, insurance, software, and making sure every little detail is taken care of.

I think sometimes we’ve gotten so used to instant answers, instant photos, discounts, deals, and having everything right at our fingertips that it’s easy to forget the value behind a small business and the person running it.

When you invest in a professional photographer, you aren’t simply paying for the hours we have a camera in our hands. You’re investing in years of experience, knowledge, equipment, preparation, creativity, problem-solving, editing, and the ability to handle a wedding day when things inevitably don’t go exactly as planned.

I will never claim to be perfect. I’m human. I have made mistakes over these 15 years, and when I do, I believe in owning them, communicating honestly, and doing everything I can to make things right.
But one thing I will always stand behind is my heart, my loyalty to my clients, and the amount of care I put into my work. I don’t take it lightly when someone chooses me to photograph one of the biggest days of their life.

After 15 years, I’ve learned that trust has to go both ways. I ask my clients to trust my experience, my process, and the people I choose to represent my business, just as I respect the trust they place in me with memories they can never recreate.

I’m incredibly grateful for the hundreds of clients who have trusted me, returned year after year, referred their friends and families, and allowed me to document their lives. 🤍

Small businesses aren’t perfect machines. There are real people behind them working incredibly hard, often long after everyone else has gone to bed.
A little patience, grace, communication, and kindness go a long way.
And after 15 years, I’m still here because I truly, genuinely love what I do. 🥹🙏🏻🤍

Hi my favorite ppl ! 🥰

The last seven months have been such a whirlwind as I’ve balanced my photography business while planning my own wedding, along with working at a Dental office 🦷.

This past Friday, I finally got to be the BRIDE instead of the photographer behind the camera — and our day was everything I dreamed it would be and more. 🤍

Now that the wedding planning is officially behind me, I’m SO excited to put all of that time and energy back into YOU — my amazing clients!

The list pictured here is my CURRENT EDITING LIST, in the order I am working through galleries. 📸

I wanted to share this so everyone can see exactly where they are in my editing queue and have an idea of what I’m currently working on. I’ll continue sharing updates as I work my way through this list and get these beautiful memories back into your hands!

I also have a few keepsake boxes and prints that still need to be delivered, and those are on my list as well. 🤍

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, grace, love, and support — not only throughout this incredibly busy season of my life, but throughout the 15 years I’ve been lucky enough to call photography my career. I truly wouldn’t still be doing what I love without all of you.
