Throwback to this Spring during nesting season at Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. We had a blast visiting and feeding the birds even though the ducks and geese were a bit extra.

My child has zero fear of geese and I'm doing my best not to put my fear into him. They're awesome creatures but so mean.

Can't wait for my next visit up north and see what we capture this time!

Working with the Dupasquier family was an absolute dream! Our first attempt was rained out, but the makeup shoot in their backyard was even more perfect. From the moment we started our session, their connection and playful energy made my job so easy. Catching the blue skies in between storms lately feels like such a metaphor for life.

There will always be rough stretches - downpours of issues, lightning strikes of stressor, and thunderous rumbles of complaints. But there will also always be blue sky moments of clarity and peace. Moments you can release and float into happiness like bubbles in the wind.

Treasure every moment. The good. The bad. The in between.

Sometimes you plan, prepare, check the forecast 20 times that day, confirm we have no rain for the shoot time, and still... it rains.

As a natural light photographer it's never easy to deal with and predict mother nature but you have to take what she gives you.

Just gotta keep the faith and try again.

2025 - The year I traded most things - social life, bookings, business focus - for my babies and wedding planning. Being a new mom pushed my focus internal. Fewer shoots, but more important ones.

The era: New mom brain blur but incredible opportunities. Embrace the chaos and capture everything.

The vibes: Live, laugh, love? Ok, in all seriousness tapping into a more romantic and loving vibe overall.

The shots: Weddings, receptions, and my too-fast growing children - fur and human alike.

I'm so excited to see what 2026 bring.

2024 was a lot, but I wouldn't change a thing! I was preggo and still snapping pics like a pro (well, trying to 😂).

The era: Embracing chaos and showing up for my squad.

The vibes: Crazy, loving, and caffeinated.

The shots: Boutique shots for my business, fam jam events, senior pics for a superstar, and a gazillion pics of my tiny human. And, of course, influencer shots for my BFF's biz. Variety is the spice of life, right?
