those are the moments I'm always looking for. the ones that often go unnoticed. because your day isn't just breathtaking florals, your jaw dropping dress or the smile at me photos.

it's the beauty in the chaos, the laughter and tears, the dance floor moves. the moments that you'll be thankful you have 10, 20 years from now. because your wedding day is meant to be deeply felt, not just perfectly staged.

I hear this from almost all my couples, but guess what? we're not all models, being in front of the camera doesn't always come natural.

that's why I don't treat your session as a magazine shoot. you're not awkward, you just sometime need a little direction. so instead of posing you, I'll prompt you.

walk towards each other, whisper something quietly in your partner's ear, or just pull them in close and embrace them.

the result? movement, genuine laughter, and moments that feel alive—not uncomfy and staged.

I promise to guide you, not just pose you ✨

your wedding isn't all about your photos, and it definitely shouldn't feel like a photoshoot.

yes of course your wedding photos are an important part of your day, but they aren't 𝘁𝗵𝗲 point. your day is for you and your hunny.

no one wants to pose for a whole day, and truth is I don't want to pose you all day.

I want you to enjoy your day, to soak up the love that surrounds you, to be fully present. cheers with your besties, laugh with your parents, cry with your spouse, whatever 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 right.

years from now you won't remember the shot list you created on pinterest. but when you trust the process & your photography, you'll scroll through your gallery and be hit with the emotions all over again and again.

engagement sessions don’t have to be stressful or feel like a performance. honestly, I just want you two to hang out, laugh, and be yourselves — I’ll handle capturing all the good stuff. less performing for the camera and more like a date night with your hunny.

one of my favorite parts of this job is how it never really feels like "just a job." we start with a photo session, but somewhere along the way, we're swapping stories, laughing over inside jokes, and catching up like old friends.

ky & jonnie have become regulars in front of my camera and I'm so thankful to have met them so many years ago. witnessing them and their family grow has been such a special part of our time together.

thankful for all the couples and families I get to grow with ❤️
