We are Loren & Mary Beth, husband and wife & (soon to be first time parents) who love each other first, love working together to document other couples in love, and enjoy making new friends along the way:)

We have been married for 5 years, been documenting weddings for 5 years and are looking forward to what the next 5 years has in store for us!

Dear Cornman Farm Friends,

Tomorrow marks our last full wedding at Cornman Farms and frankly, I’m quite emotional about it.

Being photographers at the farm has been such a blessing. We’ve made incredible friendships, been challenged to keep creativity flowing when we’ve shot over 150 weddings there and also experience other amazing wedding vendors that maybe we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to work with.

It’s been a place that feels like home.

A place of warmth & exquisite food.

We have met so many couples that have graciously welcomed us into their day, sharing in the love and laughter that surrounded them. It warms our hearts to hear how much you love your photos.

To the couples, vendors and friends we’ve met along this journey - thank you for allowing us to be a part of the history of this historic place. Although your doors are closing, the memories and imprint on our hearts will stay with us forever.

Being a documentary wedding photographer isn't not just a job to us.

It's a responsibility.

10% of our time is spent taking pictures and the other 90% being human. Just stepping back and experiencing your day. The whole point of having a wedding photographer is to remember how things were and felt and we do this by feeling and observing what is happening around us.

5 years from now, your kids may not have been born yet, so they open your wedding album and are able to re-live the love of that day. The sweet moments of grandma’s advice to dad before he said “I do”. The chaotic getting ready in the last moments where things don’t fit, an emergency sewing session happens to make sure everyone is ready to go.

Every moment that we witness as photographers is important and our commitment to our couples is not leaving their story untold.

Not everyone wants such raw and un-curated photos.

But if you cherish the typically unseen, the thoughtful introspection of the wedding experience then we may be the photographers for you.

Setting expectations of what your images will be like is one of the things that social media was built for.

But it has also become a place that alters and deceives its followers. In some cases, there is extreme editing and hiding of the very features that make us unique - and to be honest - probably the very things that led your fiance to fall in love with you!

So,while we do have limits to what we will be editing out of your images, here we share what we will touch up:

Blemishes or marks that are not a permanent feature

Minimize things like flyaways or makeup smudges that inevitably gets on the groom’s coat during hugging💄

Distractions in your portraits

Each of these photos have been selected because WE love and cherish them.

Our editing style is bright but natural and we always try to enhance your features and beauty rather than cover up and hide things. Our goal is to help you see the beauty in the real you and the raw moments of your day, not edit your images to a point where you can’t recognize yourselves.

Engagement season has started and we’re ready to meet with couples who are fearless and want a real wedding experience! 🗓️
