Meet the entertainer of the day, who happens to be another grief specialist dedicating her professional footprint to helping other practices and clinicians become competent in treating grief.

She's partly responsible for Diane's non-posed moments of pure laughter and joy. Further proof that there's life after loss and joy that returns! Debi is from the Los Angeles area but offers courses and training that can be accessed from anywhere.

One of the things I love about being an entrepreneur is being surrounded by other entrepreneurs or multipreneurs, as we rarely do just one business. We often pivot throughout our journey to accommodate the needs of our family, honor our creative side, manage our capacity, or just challenge ourselves to do a new thing!

I coined theratographer to blend my two loves. Although I created a full-fledged photography business, I never had any intention to scale it. In fact, photography has mitigated burnout for me and allowed me to challenge myself and capture the stories of others. It also allowed me a way to pivot and add some extra income while being more present with my kids during various athletic seasons.

As I got to know Michelle, I learned she's also a trauma therapist, and she has a knitting business! She wanted to incorporate this into her shoot as she begins to pivot more in that direction to adjust to the needs of her family for a season!

Running around London while photographing your colleagues is so much fun! Diane is a grief specialist and became one through her own grief journey. Her grief journey was made even more difficult when she discovered how much the field was lacking providers who were equipped to address grief in a helpful way. Although her journey has been filled with all the complexities that grief offers, her sheer determination to have life after loss is such an inspiration to those around her. It was such an honor to hear her story, learn from her, and capture her contagious joy. I know her son is so proud of her!

Hey everyone! It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to incorporate one of my first loves into my hectic entrepreneurial life and so I’m so very excited to announce that I have some upcoming opportunities to take my love for urban photography and bring it to the world of mental health professionals! When I originally started doing photography, my target audience was high school seniors because I wanted to launch them into the world feeling confident and empowered to show their authentic selves! This led me to traveling and meeting up with people to do more urban photography in places like New York City and Chicago! As professionals, we need that same confidence and empowerment to show our authentic selves! I am so excited to be offering this! Stay tuned for more! 😉

As most know, I don't get a lot of time to shoot these days due to running a full time counseling practice, but when I do, it's OH.SO.SWEET!!! Enjoy these beautiful photos of a girl I've known since birth! I remember the night she was born just 6 days before I became a momma for the first time and now she's about to be a first time momma. Sydney, you are so beautiful inside and out and you are going to be an amazing mother to sweet little Kinsley Rae! I am so honored to continue to walk through life with you and your momma. Hey y’all! I know it’s been a hot minute! Many have asked if I am still taking pictures and the answer is of course I am. That being said, I am only doing a few seniors each season since I have a group mental health counseling practice that keeps me on my toes.
