DeAnne Nation Photography DeAnne Nation Photography specializes in children and family portraits. I have a serious soft spot for documentary (sometimes called "lifestyle") sessions.

DeAnne Nation Photography offers on location, natural light photography at affordable prices. As the mother of two rapidly growing little girls, I understand how quickly the moments pass. It is an absolute joy when I'm asked to help families preserve some of these precious moments in the form of photographs. My photography journey started almost 6 years ago. I was a new mom to a 3 week old baby girl. I carried my little point and shoot camera with me everywhere. Until it was stolen. To say I was heartbroken is a major understatement. I didn't care about the camera...but the memory card in the camera had basically all of the earliest pictures I'd taken of my daughter. It's a loss that still makes me sad. Moving forward from there, I decided it was the perfect time to invest in a "nice" camera. I'd always enjoyed taking pictures (even in college, I constantly had a camera in my hand) but never really attempted to do anything with that passion. Until I was kind of forced into it. And then I dove in head first. Photography is truly a passion for me and I'm so thankful that I've been able to share it with others.
