I've always been a proponent of a first look especially in a epic location as the one pictured here.
Benefits:
-A more intimate and emotional moment. Reactions tend to be more genuine and relaxed.
-More alone time on your wedding day. Weddings go by fast and a first look gives you intentional alone time together.
-More creative photo opportunities and candid moments
-More guest time after the ceremony. Less pressure to have more photos after the ceremony so you can enjoy cocktail hour.
-Less stress if timeliness shift or weather changes
-The aisle moment is still special. A common concern but the ceremony doesn't lose its magic. In fact, many couples say it's even more meaningful because they are calmer and more present.
-Lastly, a first look doesn't always have to be with your partner, but can also be with your parents, wedding party, or anyone special in your life.
