Outfit coordination for an extended family session doesn't have to be complicated.
You don't need everyone in matching clothes. You don't need a color-coded spreadsheet. You don't even need everyone to fully commit to a palette - a little cohesion goes a long way.
But there are limits.
Crocs are the limit.
I say this with love and zero judgment about Crocs as a life choice. But if you're coordinating 14 people for a once-in-several-years family photo, 'wear whatever's comfortable' is not the full guidance anyone needed.
Share some ideas ahead of time. Point everyone toward a general direction. Let people make it their own within that.
And maybe just casually mention the shoe situation.
