Guanacaste, Costa Rica has so much jungle that every afternoon you can hear and/or see the Howler monkeys in the trees. The day I took this picture, there were about 50 howlers right behind my apartment!

Hace poco tuve la oportunidad de fotografiar una catarata por primera vez. Admito que fue más difícil de lo que imaginé pero estoy satisfecha con el resultado. La adrenalina que se siente al estar frente a una catarata, escuchando el agua pegar las piedras y sintiendo la brisa es incomparable. 😍
¡Espero poder volver a hacerlo pronto y mejorar! 😊

Chinese prayer bells 🔔
Although most Chinese don’t believe in any type of religion (they believe, and are told, that religion is for foreigners), they still maintain parts of their religious culture. For example, the prayer bells. These photos were taken at a tourist spot in Shanghai where they could buy a bell and write their prayer/wish on a little white tab attached to the bell. They would then tie the bell to a part of the tower.

Fun fact: the color red in China means good luck, joy, happiness, and prosperity.
