Hi, I’m the girl behind the camera— the one who will fix your veil, fluff your dress, say “oh cuteeee!” 192739 times, and probably shed a tear or two during your vows and first dance.

I’m Makayla. Before anything else, I’m a wife, mother, and daughter of God. My family is my whole world, and it’s where my love for storytelling truly began. I believe the most meaningful moments aren’t always perfectly posed or coordinated, but the real, raw, in between moments full of love that feels like home.
Being your photographer is more than just snapping photos of you. It’s preserving the moments you’ll be able to sit back and look at one day and thank God for. The beginning of your marriage. The growth of your family. The milestones worth celebrating.
My roots are in Alabama, but my camera will follow you wherever your story takes us. Whether your story unfolds right down the road or across state lines, I’ll be there to capture it with the same heart and intention.
