It’s impossible that it’s time for me to say this, but alas...school is in, and portrait sessions are open!
My goal with these sessions is to make authentic portraits of your child that shine - and a positive experience for your child. They might give huge smiles, silly faces, or contemplative expressions (probably all of the above!), but I prioritize capturing their uniqueness over capturing a smile. The default package is $100 for a single child session up to 30 minutes (reduced rates available for multiple children), including 3 archival 4”x6” prints of your favorites for a gallery display. I would love to work with you to create an alternate package that meets your display and gifting needs! I will make every effort to capture siblings together as well.
For many reasons, including local COVID numbers and my own family circumstances, I am not offering these as back-to-back mini sessions on a set date. They will be spread out over the coming weeks of the fall semester. Send a message or email [email protected] to schedule!

Hello, friends! Despite my lack of social media participation, I am excited to share that I have found myself back behind the camera on a very part time basis. While I am not able to offer Day in the Life sessions currently, I will have some availability for headshots, business branding, and family/children’s portrait sessions for the remainder of 2021. I believe in documenting family relationships as they change. So much so that a rare “self-portrait” in my daily(ish) photo project is of my son feeding me toast.

Why? Because twelve short months ago I was always feeding him - usually with my own mouth open as an example, and a spoon full of sweet potatoes. This week he started doing the same for me, and the joy he gets from it is really something else. So I made this rather unflattering photo that I adore, before he stops doing it.

Now that this sweet baby is hold-able, it's hard to remember when he was on the inside! It has been a privilege to witness the transformation of these two people I love into parents. So many fun seasons to come - Chase and Ashleigh, thank you for letting me document this one!
