As PNW’s THE WEATHER☔️ is approaching, i’ve been getting a lot of questions about location recommendations for winter sessions!

Well! You know me, I’m okay with shooting in any weather, even in the rain during the winter, as long as you’re into those rainy vibes!

But your session can also be mixed with some cozy indoor locations! It can be a library, bookstore, cozy coffee shop, thrift shop, museum, or even your HOME 🏡 and of course, not to mention the studios :)

I met this lovely couple who flew all the way from Indonesia 🇮🇩, and the weather was very tricky that day. So we decided to use this gorgeous library first and then head outside for the second half of their session with clear umbrellas ☔️

Oh yes, my car always has multiple clear umbrellas ready for my clients ☺️
I can’t wait to share their cute outdoor rainy session as well! Stay tuned🥰.

I’m soaking up this year’s lovely wedding season and wanted to share some of the beautiful weddings I photographed last year!
One of my favorite little moments from this wedding was seeing all the cows lined up in the background while their families were giving beautiful speeches to the newlyweds 🐮

It was such a sweet and funny little detail from their day, and definitely one I’ll always remember :)

A blueberry picking family session with this sweet family ✨

This sweet family visits this blueberry farm every summer, so instead of choosing a traditional location, they wanted to document one of their favorite family traditions.

It was a very hot sunny morning, but everyone was such a trooper. We picked blueberries, laughed under the trees, had a little picnic, and cooled off with the sweetest iced blueberry lemonade to end the morning☀️

I always love sessions like this because they’re about more than just photos. Years from now, they’ll be able to look back and remember exactly what these summers felt like.

The little summer traditions, the giggles, the messy blueberry fingers, and the simple moments spent together.

Sometimes the most meaningful photos come from simply living in the moment together🥰
