"Swimming in a Winter Wonderland" - My latest addition from Route 66 feature's Catoosa's iconic Blue Whale, located on historic Route 66. This popular roadside attraction has been a popular stop for tourists travelling the Mother Road. Photo taken on 1/10/25.

My 4th drawing, "McCook 2019" is complete and prints are available for purchase. The McCook, NE eF2 tornado occurred on May 17, 2019, and was one of a half dozen tornadoes produced by the same storm and was witnessed by dozens of storm chasers. This is my first drawing based on one of my own photos. McCook was my favorite chase of 2019. 9x12 - $40+shipping. DM for details.

If you feel it, chase it! - Dodge City, KS - May 24, 2016

Inspired by the 2024 movie "Twisters", I drew this piece in August 2024. This tornado was one of 13 that formed near Dodge City on May 24, 2016. These highly visible tornadoes were witnessed by hundreds of storm chasers (myself included), and this chase is often regarded as one of the greatest of all-time among many in the weather community.
