📸 QUICK CLIENT REMINDER EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Moving forward, I ask that all clients please take the time to fully read through your contract before signing it. ❤️

At the end of my contract, there is a photo-sharing consent section that asks whether you give permission for images from your session to be shared on my photography business page and/or social media.

You have the option to select YES or NO.

If you select YES, you are giving me permission to share images from your session for my portfolio.

If you select NO, your images will not be shared.

There is absolutely no issue with choosing no! I completely respect every client’s decision regarding their privacy and/or their children’s privacy. However, it is your responsibility to carefully review the contract and select the option that reflects your wishes before signing.

Effective immediately, I will be following the consent selection made on your signed contract when determining whether images may be shared.

Please, please read your contracts before signing them not only with me, but with any business. Contracts are there to protect both the client and the business. ❤️

FALL IS HERE & BUSY SEASON IS IN FULL SWING! 🍂🤎

I’d absolutely LOVE to have your family on my fall schedule this year! Fall evenings are some of my absolute favorite to photograph the warm light, the cozy colors, the snuggles. 🤌🏼🥹

I only have a few September dates left:

SPORTS TEAM PHOTOGRAPHY — UPDATED PRICING & POLICIES

Moving forward, Casey Berryhill Photography will be restructuring Sports Team Photography to make the process simple, clear and consistent for teams and families.

TEAM SITTING FEE

• Up to 10 players — $175
• Up to 20 players — $250
• Up to 30 players — $325
• 31+ players — Custom Quote

The Team Sitting Fee is paid by the team as a whole and is due prior to picture day.

How the team chooses to cover this fee team funds, fundraising, sponsorships, dividing the cost between families, etc. is completely up to the team/organization.

The Team Sitting Fee includes:
📸 Team photography session
📸 One professionally edited team image
📸 One high-resolution digital team image provided to each player

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER PHOTOS — $35/player

Individual photos are completely optional and purchased separately by each family.

The $35 Individual Player Package includes:
📸 3 individual poses
📸 3 professionally edited high-resolution digital images

IMPORTANT POLICIES

• The Team Sitting Fee must be paid in full prior to picture day.
• One designated coach, team mom or team representative will be responsible for booking and payment of the Team Sitting Fee.
• Individual packages must be purchased separately by each participating family.
• Players are NOT required to purchase an individual package to participate in the team photo.
• Every player photographed with the team will receive the final digital team image.
• Individual photos will only be taken of players who have purchased an Individual Player Package.
• Additional poses, specialty edits, sibling photos, parent/player photos or other add-ons may be offered depending on the session.
• Digital galleries are for personal use only and may not be altered, re-edited, filtered or used commercially without permission.
• Booking is not secured until the Team Sitting Fee and required agreement have been completed.

This updated structure allows me to photograph the entire team together while giving each family the choice of whether they’d like to purchase individual portraits.

I absolutely love getting to capture these teams and athletes, and I’m looking forward to continuing to create something these kids and their families can keep for years. 🤍

If you’re new here, hiiii! 👋🏼 And if you’ve been here for years, I’m so thankful you’re still here. 🥹

I figured it was time for a little re-introduction because there are quite a few new faces around here lately!

I’m Casey, the girl behind Casey Berryhill Photography. I’m a mama to two boys, Bentley + Wilder (aka Boots 🤪), and I’ve been behind the camera for around 10 YEARS now which honestly feels insane to say. 😂

Photography started as something I loved and somehow turned into this little business that has allowed me to photograph hundreds of families, babies, seniors, couples, kiddos, sports teams and so many different seasons of life. And somehow, I still get excited every single time someone chooses ME to document theirs. ❤️

A few things about me:
