Glad we’ve been able to get out on the lake more this summer - always a great experience getting to rent kayaks from our friends over at Daisy Rentals based out of Claremore, OK!

There’s just something so calming about being out there with nothing but rippling water and open skies to quiet every thought.

We absolutely love that this is something we can experience without having to own any equipment ourselves. We just book our day and time and show up!

We will always take opportunities to shout out our favorite small businesses - especially when the people behind it have become friends and it’s just inspiring to watch people go for it ☺️

Our weekend recap - a time for us to reflect on how much we enjoy getting out “in the mix”, as Sawyer likes to put it.

Christmas in July at meadowgoldmack was on our calendar since it was announced! The event started off with the unveiling of the stunning Tulsa Christmas Parade poster for this year!! 🤩 We are SO DANG EXCITED to see our pal, Mary Beth Babcock be the Grand Marshall in our favorite annual parade in Tulsa, hosted by American Waste Control & Recycling 🥳 We acquired the cutest new Santa Meadow Gold Mack minifig, got to see Santa + Mrs. Claus in vacation mode AND STELLA ATOM IN REAL LIFE! 🤠 How cool is that!?

Since moving to the Tulsa area, we find ourselves down on Route 66 so much that it’s weird if we don’t go at least once a weekend. We love it so much!

Next on our agenda was the Rogers County Selfie Tour Challenge! Took us a few hours, but we got ourselves to all 8 cities/stops and got our selfies! I pulled out the ole Polaroid and purposely shot on my expired film as an experiment. Definitely got that nostalgic feel to them! There’s still time to get out and complete this challenge yourself!
