GoatOGRAPHER The increasingly slow old goat who takes photos of bipeds often running in circles and, for better or worse, some other sports events.

As for the name GOATographer, I'm part of an elite (not really, but we have nice shirts) running group called the Slow Old Goats. Membership requires meeting two out of three qualifying characteristics, i.e. that you're slow, that you're old and that you're a goat. Since input from spouses and significant others is accepted, none of us fail the last test, though many of us fail the first (not me)

. Mostly these days I run only for fun, including during races when I often get to cover a fair amount of the course while taking photos.
