I’ve been sitting on something absolutely EPIC.

Not because I don’t believe in it.

I KNOW how fu***ng good it is.

I’ve been sitting on it because putting something you care about into the world means risking rejection. Risking nobody saying yes. Risking failure.

But at some point, keeping it to myself becomes selfish.

Because I know exactly who this is for.

She’s ambitious. Successful. Capable as hell.

She’s built the business, handles the s**t, and is usually the woman everyone else relies on.

But she misses the bold, playful, creative version of herself.

She wants to feel alive again.
She wants to take up space.
She wants content that actually feels like HER.
She wants to stop hiding behind the business she built.

That’s who I created MAIN CHARACTER: TUCSON for.

Yes, we’re creating incredible photos, video, and content.

But more than that?

I want you to leave remembering who the f**k you are.

Maybe I’ve been c**k blocking the universe by being afraid nobody would say yes.

Maybe you’ve been doing the same thing by waiting for permission.

Consider this your permission slip.

Confidence isn’t feeling fearless everywhere.

It’s recognizing the places where you still feel shaky, and choosing to expand anyway.

I may look confident doing things that once terrified me, but I still have edges. I still hear the doubt. I still walk into rooms where part of me wonders if I belong.

The difference is, I don’t let that voice make the final decision anymore.

And when you see another woman doing something you want to do, don’t turn her courage into evidence that you’re behind.

Let her show you what’s possible.

Her success isn’t proof that you can’t.

It’s proof that maybe you can.

So instead of asking, “Why her?”

Try saying:

“If she can do it, I can do it too.”

Believe in yourself, babe.

You’ve got this. ❤️

This week I turn 41, and this is what I want..:

I want more women to stop waiting for permission to enjoy their own fu***ng lives.

I spent a lot of years being capable. Responsible. Dependable. Productive. I knew how to hold everything together, but somewhere in there, I forgot that I was also allowed to feel alive.

And this version of me?
She isn’t fearless. She just refuses to let fear make every decision.

She dances even when she looks ridiculous. She wears the thing. Follows the weird idea. Changes her mind. Takes up space. Lets joy be reason enough.

So my birthday ask is this:

Do one thing this week that makes you feel wildly, unapologetically alive.

It doesn’t have to be dramatic. Put on your favorite song and dance for three minutes. Wear red lipstick to the grocery store. Take yourself for coffee. Say yes. Say no. Do the thing you keep saving for some future version of you.
Then tell me what you did so I can hype you the f**k up. Because I am the ultimate hype girl!

Your life is not a dress rehearsal, baby. Go live it.

I think too many women have been taught that healing has to be calm and quiet.

Sometimes healing looks like shaking your ass on a dance floor, laughing until your stomach hurts, and remembering how to play again.

That’s exactly why I created my retreat.

We’ll do the deep work. We’ll have the meaningful conversations. We’ll breathe, move, connect, create, and probably cry a little.

But we’ll also dance, laugh, get a little feral, and remember what it feels like to be wildly alive.

The older I get, the more I realize that joy and struggle aren’t opposites. They’re roommates.

I can be deeply grateful for the life I’ve built and still have moments where I feel exhausted, scared, uncertain, emotional, or completely off my game.

The problem isn’t the hard days. The problem is believing they shouldn’t exist.

Stop waiting for a version of life where everything is perfect before you let yourself admit you’re happy.

You can be thriving and struggling. Healing and hurting. Grateful and frustrated. The two can coexist.

That’s not failure.
That’s being human. ❤️

Maybe the greatest gift we can give each other isn’t advice. Maybe it’s embodiment. Maybe it’s being so unapologetically ourselves that other women remember they can be too.

Because every time you choose joy, freedom, play, self-expression, rest, pleasure, or authenticity... you’re giving another woman permission to do the same.

Not because she needs your permission. Because she needs a mirror.

And sometimes that’s enough to change everything.
