Hang out with me long enough and there’s a very good chance you’ll start questioning why you ever made yourself smaller in the first place.

Why you muted your laugh. Why you toned yourself down. Why you convinced yourself confidence was “too much.” Why you treated joy like something to control instead of fully feel.

And honestly? A huge part of how I help women become more confident is by modeling it myself.

By being fully alive in MY body.
Expressive.
Playful.
Magnetic.
Free.

Because something powerful happens when women are around someone who is fully expressed.

It wakes something up in them.

My energy becomes the mirror that shows them maybe they were never “too much”… maybe they were just holding themselves back 🔥

Most women think confidence comes from learning where to put their hands, what angle to stand at, or how to pose “correctly.”

But honestly?
You can learn every pose on Pinterest and still look uncomfortable if your body is in a state of self-protection.

That awkward feeling on camera…
The overthinking…
The stiffness…
The constant worrying about how you look…

That’s not a posing problem.
That’s a nervous system problem.
Because when a woman finally feels SAFE being seen, her entire energy changes.

She softens.
She glows differently.
She moves differently.
She becomes magnetic without forcing it.

Authenticity is the highest frequency.
People can feel when you stop performing and finally start embodying who you are.

That’s the work I do.
Not just teaching women how to LOOK confident…
Teaching them how to FEEL it in their body first.

And once that clicks?
You don’t need to memorize poses anymore.
Your body naturally knows what to do.

Comment SAFETY and I’ll help you with the first step. ❤️

If I’m going to teach women embodied confidence… then I have to be willing to embody it too.

Not just talk about confidence.
Not just teach it from a stage.
Not just tell women to stop hiding while I play small myself.

Embodied confidence means letting yourself be seen. It means taking up space in your body instead of shrinking inside of it. It means owning your sensuality, your power, your presence, your softness, your fire… without apologizing for ANY of it. DO YOU HEAR ME? We aren’t apologizing!

So yes, sometimes that looks like posting the sexy photo. Sometimes it looks like dancing freely. Sometimes it looks like speaking loudly, leading boldly, and allowing yourself to exist without constantly trying to make other people comfortable.

Women don’t need another person teaching confidence from the sidelines. They need women who are willing to LIVE it. And I’ll never ask women to go somewhere I’m not willing to go first. 💋

Closing out 2025 reflecting on some of my favorite moments with some of my favorite people.

I let go of a lot this year.
Shedding was part of the work.

And I grew in ways I can finally feel in my body, setting the foundation for what’s next.

I’m deeply grateful for every moment shared, every lesson learned, every tear shed, every laugh, every hug. For every cup of coffee, every car ride with my teenagers, every trip, every deep conversation, every phone call from a friend, every woman I photographed, every new connection, every kiss.

All of it.
I’m so fu***ng grateful.

This life we get to live is pure magic.
And I’m so ready to ride into 2026. 🐎✨

If you’ve ever caught yourself checking your volume, softening your laugh, or dimming your joy so you don’t take up too much space, this is your reminder.

You don’t need to be quieter. You don’t need to be less. You don’t need to make yourself easier to digest. The right people will never be overwhelmed by you.

They’ll feel energized by your joy. They’ll love your weird, your laugh, your sparkle, your big feelings. Let the ones who can’t meet you there fall away.

Your job isn’t to shrink.
It’s to be fully, unapologetically you.

Save this for the days you forget. ✨

Confidence isn’t an accident, it’s a practice. It’s the way you choose to walk into a room. The way you hold your truth. The way you show up even when it feels uncomfortable… because the woman you’re becoming is worth it.

When you anchor into that version of you, the grounded, certain, fully expressed you, success stops feeling far away. People feel your energy before they ever hear your pitch. They trust you faster. They remember you longer.

And your photos?
They’re part of that frequency.

Your brand visuals should reflect the confidence you’re building, high-vibe, magnetic, elevated, unmistakably you. Because the world doesn’t just buy what you sell… they buy how you make them feel.

Walk like you know who you are. Show up like the future is already yours. Let your photos tell the story your energy has been writing all along.

If you’re ready for images that match your highest self, I’m your girl. 🔥✨

To every woman who has ever been told to be quiet, to behave, to shrink…

To every woman who has been talked over, silenced, mocked, belittled, or reduced to a punchline by a man so fragile he needs to control the room to feel tall, this is for you.

Dear Little Me,

I see you. The wild sparkle in your eyes, the questions you don’t know how to ask out loud, the dreams you tuck away because you’re afraid they’re too big. I want you to know, those dreams? They’re not only possible, they’re already yours.
One day, you will stand in the fullness of yourself. You will be free. Free from fear, free from doubt, free from needing anyone else to tell you that you’re enough. You will dance in your kitchen, laugh so loud it fills the walls, and love with your whole heart. The little girl who wondered if she was worthy will grow into a woman who knows she is.

You’ll walk through pain, yes. You’ll have moments where the world feels too heavy. But hear me when I say this: every tear, every heartbreak, every time you thought you wouldn’t make it, those are the very fires that will forge your strength. You won’t just survive; you will rise. And you will shine so brightly that others will find their light because of yours.

You have everything you once dreamed of and more: love, joy, freedom, beauty, purpose. You create spaces where women feel safe to be seen. You build businesses from your heart. You are a mother, a leader, a lover, a creator. And you didn’t have to sacrifice who you are to get here, you arrived by becoming more of HER.

So, little one, hold tight to your spark. Trust that every step you take, even the ones that feel shaky, are leading you somewhere extraordinary. You are not too much. You are not too little. You are exactly what the world needs.

And one day, you will look back and realize, you became the woman you were always searching for.

With all the love and certainty in the world,

❤️ Your Future Self

September is Alopecia Awareness Month. Alopecia is an autoimmune condition where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles, causing partial or complete hair loss on the scalp, face, and sometimes the entire body. While it doesn’t affect overall health, it can deeply impact self-image and confidence.

Meet my sweet friend Abby who embodies everything I talk about and teach about. Abby Wren is the embodiment of a confidence queen and someone who isn’t afraid to share her big bold energy. She is inspirational AF, an award-winning artist, and a fierce advocate for Alopecia and owning your “different”. After losing her hair as a teen, she turned her bald head into a bold canvas, transforming pain into power. Her artistry radiates strength, courage, and joy, inspiring others to embrace their uniqueness with pride. Abby is living proof that true beauty is found in authenticity, and her confidence lights the way for so so many.
