Who here is a Simpsons fan? Check out these new shoes I just photographed for the cover of a Phx magazine. They are the brain child of Yardly Smith (Lisa Simpson), who on top of all her known talents is now a brilliant shoe designer. You can find them at J Gilbert footwear.

Photo tip of the day: Buy two batteries for your point and shoot cameras. When you get that dreaded 'battery exhausted' notice at the moment when your child decides to paint their own face for the all souls procession, you will have a back up battery to pop in and catch those fantastic moments!

This has been an outstanding week. I had a bunch of really interesting projects, and worked with some great people. I was just looking over some of the images of the week, and wanted to share this one of a soon to be mom and dad. Congrats you two.

I cannot imagine the thrill of this little one's parents to see his happy face on the cover of Tucson Lifestyle Magazine this month. Congrats on the cover and taking the photo of the runner up. Love the blue in his shirt and the chair. You are amazing!

Come say hi to Amy tomorrow, June 25th at The Loft. It's the only Tucson showing this year of the Princess Bride. All proceeds go to AZ Cancer patients, so you can feel good about hanging out with your friends. Tickets are $8 and the movie starts at 10:15.
