The Gawnes Wedding Photography We’re a husband & wife photography team that does engagement, maternity, newborn, bo***ir, and more- but our specialty is weddings.

We’ve been together for 10 years, and married for 4. We’re passionate about having an amazing relationship with each other, and with every awesome couple we have the pleasure of working with! We want your wedding day to be better because we were there. To us, wedding photography is more than just taking images. It’s about capturing love. We seek out the beautiful moments in life, and the art we create will let you relive your most cherished memories.

Wedding vendors, let’s just be honest with each other for a minute. If there’s a dessert table, we’re all taking at least one cookie. Photographers. DJs. Planners. Florists. The venue staff. Nobody is walking past homemade cookies and pretending they’re above it, right?

In my defense, Chance’s very talented mom made an absolutely unreasonable number of cookies, and they were ALL phenomenal.

Huge shoutout to Abby and Chance for being such a good time and encouraging me to eat my weight in cookies, to Colleen LaFleur for the gorgeous florals and planning, to The Powder Room for making sure the glam was alive, and to Tubac Golf Resort for being the perfect backdrop for it all.

Throwing it back to this beautiful day in Napa. I didn’t know it at the time but I was pregnant with Henry during this wedding. I love that our own story can be measured by so many love stories. We are really so honored to do what we do. Anyway, I’ve been feeling sentimental this week and I think it’s time for another visit to Napa Valley.
