The Gawnes Wedding Photography We’re a husband & wife photography team that does engagement, maternity, newborn, bo***ir, and more- but our specialty is weddings.

We’ve been together for 10 years, and married for 4. We’re passionate about having an amazing relationship with each other, and with every awesome couple we have the pleasure of working with! We want your wedding day to be better because we were there. To us, wedding photography is more than just taking images. It’s about capturing love. It’s true, I’m kind of a foodie. I’ve traveled the world and eaten some pretty incredible things. But when it comes to wedding day diets it’s about surviving not thriving. 😂. There have definitely been wedding days where I’ve gone 7+ hours without eating or drinking a single thing. Sometimes even longer, especially earlier in my career. Now that we’re 16 years into this, we’ve learned a few lessons the hard way about actually fueling ourselves on wedding days. We’re MUCH better about it now. But if you’re wondering what my lunchbox typically looks like on a wedding day, this is pretty much it. A little protein, a lot of convenience, and the nutritional standards of my first and fourth grader…with some Halloween candy as a a little treat. 🎃

While Brian is off celebrating Haley & Daniel, I’ll be with these two and another amazing Gawnes team capturing both photo and video!

Getting to this point in our business has taken years of working alongside some really talented people, building relationships with vendors we adore, and finding people who care just as much about our couples as we do.

We’re pretty lucky to have the people we have in our corner, and getting to do this twice in one day is extra special.

Today is a fun one for The Gawnes because we’re celebrating two weddings with two different teams!

We’ve spent years building not only our own team of photographers and filmmakers, but also a network of amazing wedding vendors who we genuinely consider part of our team, too. These are people we love, trust, and are so proud to work alongside.

Today Brian and his team get to celebrate these two, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Luxe Wellness is one of those places that just feels good the second you walk in. Beautiful, calming, welcoming, and full of wellness products I could very easily spend too much time browsing. And yes, they have books, so obviously I’m sold.

They also offer treatments like Shiftwave and red light therapy, and if you’re curious about anything, just pop in and ask. They’re incredibly kind, low-pressure, and often have samples available too.

I was very much in my “I don’t know about this…” era before trying Daxxify. 😂
I’ve had Botox for headaches before, but I’d never done Daxxify or really ventured into cosmetic injectables, so I was genuinely nervous. The team at LUXE Wellness in Tucson, Arizona was so patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable.
And now? I’m kind of shocked by the before and afters.
My favorite part is that I just look more awake. My brows feel more lifted, my eye area looks more open, and even my under eyes look better to me. I still look like myself, just fresher. And as a bonus, my makeup has been sitting SO well.
Very glad I trusted the process on this one.
