Family sessions with me is about playing first, engaging as your family naturally does, and then getting the little moments in between the obligatory and "posed" ones.

Some thing I find often, but have a really hard time remembering is self-care is not a luxury, it's a necessity. I also learned it has always come with a dose of guilt. 😒

Don't let guilt stand in the way of taking care of yourself. So overcome the guilt by reminding yourself that YOU deserve, love, care, and attention, too!

A photo session of yourself can be a fun and empowering way to practice self-care! It's a reminder to celebrate yourself as the beautiful human being that you are!
