I attended Holy Mass earlier today at one of the most beautiful and few Hungarian Catholic churches left in Connecticut. St. Ladislaus Church in Norwalk, CT is one of two churches that make up the Parish Family of St. Joseph & St. Ladislaus Roman Catholic Parish. It's a part of the Diocese of Bridgeport.

St. Ladislaus Church was founded in 1907 and designed in the Romanesque Revival style by Hungarian architect Ödön Lechner and features German-made stained glass windows. It was modeled after St. Ladislaus Church in Budapest, Hungary. The patron saint of this church is St. Ladislaus of Hungary.

Hungarian immigrants built this beautiful church with the sweat of their brow, deep faith, and God's grace. For nearly 120 years this magnificent church has been a place of worship and faith for a vibrant and diverse community in South Norwalk.

Earlier tonight I attended Holy Mass for the Vigil of the Twenty-Second Sunday in Ordinary Time at Sacred Heart Church New Britain in New Britain, CT. It's a parish of the Archdiocese of Hartford.

A very beautiful church with a strong faith community that's dedicated to preserving the rich traditions of the Church and Poland. Amazing architecture and artwork! I was really drawn to the gorgeous sanctuary. It was a perfect setting for celebrating the Eucharist.

Sacred Heart Church has a wonderful and warm Polish community. They were very nice and welcoming. They really do love the Catholic faith and the Church!

I kept everyone in my prayers during Holy Mass 🙏

I will be traveling to New Mexico for the first time later this week. I'm so excited! If you guys have any suggestions on churches to visit and photograph in the state, please let me know. I'm open to them!
