Every year, I get the opportunity to visit this special little place in Lake City, and it never disappoints! 🤍🌿

Hickory Home and Greenhouse is such a cozy, beautiful spot tucked away in Courtney’s backyard. It’s one of those places that just feels like home, and I look forward to coming back every year!

A huge thank you to Courtney Brewer and her husband for so generously opening up their little piece of paradise to local photographers and families. Your kindness gives us the opportunity to capture some truly beautiful memories, and it does not go unnoticed!

I met up with Kenzie just in time for that dreamy golden-hour glow, and goodness, these turned out so beautiful! 😍 She made my job easy, and I loved getting to capture these memories for her!

Today we’re shining the spotlight on one of my beautiful Senior Reps, Kayla✨

Kayla is a senior at Trumann High School, where she stays busy both in the classroom and on the court! 🏐📣

She is a proud member of the National Honor Society, plays volleyball, and is a Wildcat cheerleader! When she’s not juggling academics and athletics, you can find her curled up with a good book! 📚💕

Kayla is the perfect combination of brains, beauty, and talent, and I’m so excited to have her representing the Class of 2027 Senior Rep Team! 💜

Y’all know the saying, “When it rains, it pours?” ☔️

Well… it’s been pouring on me off and on for months, and that’s okay. I found myself a pretty great umbrella, and he’s made life a whole lot drier 😉 🤍 But every now and then, I still get a few little raindrops plopping right on my head. 😂

Today’s raindrop: Wrynlee is sick AGAIN for the third time this school year. 😩 So mama duty has put me a little behind on the editing I had planned for today.

If you’re currently in my editing queue, just know I am working HARD to get your photos finished and delivered! And somehow, even with all the chaos, I’m actually still within my turnaround time… which honestly feels like a miracle. 😂

My normal turnaround is 2–3 weeks, and for individually hand-edited photos, that’s pretty dang fast! Every image is gone through carefully and edited by me no rushing galleries out just to say they’re done.

So thank you for being patient with me, supporting my little business, and trusting me with your memories. I promise I’m working away every chance I get. 🤍📸
