Sometimes I just like to take pretty pictures. 🌿📸

Today, I stepped away from photographing people and spent a little time appreciating the simple beauty that nature offers. There is something peaceful about slowing down and focusing on a single bloom.

This beautiful Calla Lily caught my eye, and I couldn't resist capturing its graceful elegance. Sometimes the simplest subjects remind us just how much beauty surrounds us every day. 💚🌸

What a wonderful afternoon with the Hengst Family at their beautiful home in Blount Creek, North Carolina! 📸❤️

It was such a pleasure meeting this amazing family and spending time exploring their gorgeous property. The day was absolutely perfect, with just a little bit of wind keeping things interesting! Thankfully, we discovered some fantastic little spots around the property that made the perfect backdrop for family portraits.

Thank you, Hengst Family, for welcoming me into your home and trusting me to capture these special memories. It was truly a joy getting to know you all!

🎓✨ Congratulations, Audrey! ✨🎓

II am so incredibly proud of this amazing young woman! Audrey has officially graduated from Craven Community College, and this is only the beginning of her exciting journey. This fall, she will be heading to Kent State University in Ohio to continue pursuing her dreams and building an incredible future.

She is an amazing artist and I cannot wait to see all the amazing things that you will accomplish.

Congratulations on your graduation and best wishes on this next chapter. Go shine! 💙💛

Last night was West Craven High School's Prom and it was one for the books! This was my very first time photographing a prom, and I can honestly say… I loved every second of it. From the incredible outfits to the laughter and big smiles, these kids made the night unforgettable.

Huge thank you to my friend Connie for jumping in and helping me—I couldn’t have done it without you ❤️

And a special shoutout to Amy Spence and the amazing WCHS prom committee for putting together such a beautiful event!

This was definitely a learning experience for me, and I’m already dreaming up ways to make it even better next year—bigger setup, custom backdrop, and even more fun energy behind the camera.

Fingers crossed I get invited back… because I’m ready to level this up
