I’ve been working on some collaborations with the talented and delightful , and you’ll be seeing more from us!

It’s perfect—she makes gorgeous, delicious food, and I photograph it. And then we obviously eat it, which is big a bonus.

My very cool friends bought a lavender farm and it’s glorious!

Last night was a perfect time to visit with to explore the rows of lavender and an extraordinary sunset.

This place is incredible with the best view in Leelanau County and the air sweet with lavender.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Five out of Five Stars, Would Recommend

Don’t worry, I’ll give you the answer: they were all shot and edited on my iPhone.

For real, I’ve been shooting supplemental content and from-the-hip photos on the fly since the iPhone 4 series! (Before that I didn’t believe phone photos could look good…🤦‍♀️)

I thought I could only get good photos with my pro gear that I use on all my client shoots.

Clearly, I changed my mind and have been whipping up quick edits, behind-the-scenes footage, and boatloads (like cruise ship size) of image content for myself and for clients on my phone.

This website project for Fortunate Coffee Co has been nothing short of a dream client/dream team endeavor.

Some of you are familiar with already and this is their incredible coffee line.

I’ll be posting more about the process of bringing this beauty to life, but today I want to gush about it as a whole.

Chuck, the mastermind and extraordinary roaster who always keeps it fun and easy. Plus he keeps us well-caffeinated. ☕️

who turns plain old words into copywriting gold and keeps the laughter at premium levels.

The team at 🙌🏻 These women are on the ball and got our website launched quickly and gorgeously.

I relished in creating the Fortunate Coffee Co brand photography and put on my project management hat to bring all the parts together.

Raise your hand if you’re madly in love with all the lilacs right now. 🙋‍♀️

I finally tried making lilac syrup and I’m glad I did because it’s so pretty! But really, it’s too sweet for me. It’s syrup-y 🤣

A little drizzle in sparkling water gives a nice hint of floral sweetness, but I’m not sure what I’d use it for other than making things pretty.

Still, I rate the experiment “totally worth it.”
