North Tama Families!

I’m getting ready to release the 2026–2027 high school volleyball and football pictures and am finalizing the online ordering system for the school year. I'd love your input!

I’ve heard there may be some interest in yard signs for our athletes, so I’m wondering if this is something you’d like to see added to the ordering options?

I typically offer 3 ordering dates to give families a little extra time to order around paychecks. I would need to wait until the volleyball and football ordering deadlines have passed and place one combined order because of the additional shipping involved. The other prints and products would still arrive on the normal schedule, but the signs would take a little longer.

The good news is, if we can get at least 10 signs total between volleyball and football, I’d be happy to start offering them!

Prom is such an exciting event, but it’s all the behind-the-scenes effort from students, sponsors, parents, and everyone involved that really makes the magic happen.

By Thursday night, I was getting my equipment ready—charging batteries, double-checking lists, and making sure everything was set for both the gym and the memorial building. With help from my amazing husband on Friday, everything came together, and Saturday turned into a whirlwind of photos.

My trigger finger might be a little sore today, but it’s always worth it. There’s something special about seeing everyone dressed up, having fun, and just enjoying the night. I can always tell it was a good evening when I catch myself smiling while going through the photos afterward.

It means even more when it’s a community I know so well. I’m grateful to be able to capture these moments for the school and contribute in a small way to preserving the memories—especially for things like the yearbook.
