Meet my dear friend, Dr. Emily – a dedicated military spouse, a seasoned professional, and the driving force behind Origin Pelvic Health and Occupational Therapy located in Beaufort, SC.
Emily is a licensed Doctor of Occupational Therapy with specialized expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation. With extensive post-graduate training, including certifications in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise, she is deeply passionate about helping women achieve their optimal health.
Her path to pelvic health began with her own experience navigating postpartum recovery. Recognizing the challenges many women face in this area, she made it her mission to address the gap in women’s healthcare and provide the support women deserve.
As a military spouse, Dr. Emily has had the opportunity to work across the country, gaining valuable experience in diverse settings, from inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient clinics. She now brings that wealth of knowledge and experience to her private practice.
Outside of work, Dr, Emily enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband and two beautiful children—whether it’s hiking, hunting, fishing, or simply unwinding with a good book.
