RAW keeps every bit of sensor data = more color and highlight/shadow detail.
CRAW compresses that data to save space and speed up write times.
That compression can limit how far you can push exposure and detail when it comes to color correction.
Know your needs!
Shoot RAW when you need maximum flexibility and the highest quality end-result; CRAW is fine for everyday shooting.
