The s’more the merrier! Jones party of 5 is here!

From college days to moments like this—20 years of friendship, and I got to be behind the camera as my friends celebrated the adoption of Zayden.

And this sweet boy had quite the cheering section—his first-grade class came to celebrate, too! Afterward, we gathered the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins for family photos. A whole crew of people showing up with so much love.

Getting to document days like this is special. Getting to do it for a longtime friend makes it even sweeter.

Every once in a while, I’m invited to capture an elopement, and I love getting to tell this part of a family’s story, too.

There’s something special about celebrating in a way that feels completely like you. However you choose to say “I do,” it’s a pretty wonderful thing to get to photograph.
