Last night, I had the honor of photographing Paige's senior session, and from the very beginning, everything felt special. The beauty surrounding us was almost overwhelming in the best possible way—the golden light, the peaceful evening, and the breathtaking scenery all seemed to come together perfectly.

There was a sense of peace that is hard to put into words. Moments like these remind me what a gift it is to capture such an important season of someone's life. Paige, you were absolutely beautiful, and these images are just a tiny sample of my favorites.

Driving home from this session, my heart felt full. I called my mom and told her how grateful I was because throughout the evening I could truly feel God's presence. Everything about the night was beautiful—the light, the laughter, the family, and this amazing senior.

Moments like these remind me why I fell in love with photography 17 years ago. I believe God gave each of us gifts to share with others, and I feel incredibly blessed that photography is one of mine. Thank you to every family who allows me to be part of these special memories.

As much as I love doing family photos in the beautiful fields of Kansas, this downtown session was a nice change in scenery.

I got to photograph Mallory when she came to her boyfriends senior session last summer. Then she became a member of my Bloom Squad.
