It's been a long while since I have created Little Golden Book Junk Journals and the glue is now dry on the newest one that I have been working on the past couple of weeks.
This LGB Junk Journal has been added to booth #1027 at Owls Nest on Topeka Blvd!
What book shall I work with next? Im not sure yet. 🤔
What do you do with your LGB Jounk Journal? I have only just put the basic pages together in this one; with only a little bit of extras added. It's up to you to create a personal diary, a book of poetry, a mixed-media book of art, a memory filled scrapbook full of ticket stubs, clippings from magazines newspapers and packaging, or photos, a one of a kind planner, or a combination of all these ideas and even more! Use stamps, stickers, punches, drawings, and more to decorate the pages. Write about your day just for stress relief never to read again, or letters to your children or friends for them to read in years to come. Use only the notebook paper and blank pages or add your work directly onto the original storybook pages. Tuck more paper under the elastic cords and into the pockets or use only what's there. These books were pre-loved with varying degrees of damage and were destined for the landfill. Creating an altered book junk journal is just one way to give them new life. How will you use yours?
