This shoot was just so magical that I really felt inspired to share some of it 🤍

Gentle Reminders on World Mental Health Day:

- Healing is not linear.
- A Relapse does not erase your progress.
- Relax your shoulders and un-clench your jaw
- The world doesn’t slow down because you are suffering so take time to comfort and care for yourself.
- Eat, Sleep, Hydrate, Play, Rest, Be Gentle with your needs like you would when caring for a child.
- Being a good person also means being good to yourself.
- Growth is uncomfortable
- Your feelings matter and are valid, but do not be swept away by them. Don't let your wounds turn you into someone you are not.
- Acknowledge your pain. Allow it to teach you. Don't let it make a place in your home.

I am so thankful that I am alive after all of the times I didn't want to be. Take care of yourself. Take care of each other.
